Using the U-Tools D-75 Medium Cone

U-Tools describes the D-75 cone for cleaning the nail plate or beneath the nail. Its narrow shape gives you a different working profile from a broad barrel.

  1. Confirm D-75 and the medium grit on your selected bit.
  2. Use it for the trained cleaning task, keeping the working area visible and avoiding unnecessary filing of the natural nail.
  3. Follow the exact bit and e-file instructions for speed and placement. Keep the touch controlled and pause if there is heat or discomfort.
  4. Clean reusable bits before the required disinfection or sterilization process. Check that the method is suitable for the bit material; our tool-care guide explains the steps. Disposable sanding bands must be discarded after use.

Description

These nail drill bits are recommended for cleaning nail plate or under the nail, and removing gel leaks.

Upon completion of the work with a client, all bits that were used to perform the procedure must be washed, cleaned, sterilized and dried. A solution of at least 70% alcohol is recommended for effective disinfection.

Speed recommendation: up to 20000 RPM.
