RefectoCil Developer: Cream or Liquid?

Cream and liquid are alternative developer formats for RefectoCil Classic tint. Check the format before mixing, especially if you are also working with Blonde Brow or Intense Brow(n)s.

Instructions & Downloads

  1. Match it to Classic tint. Use one RefectoCil 3% developer format with your chosen Classic shade, following that bottle’s mixing directions.
  2. Check the amounts each time you change format. Cream and liquid directions are different; keep the correct bottle instructions beside your mixing dish.
  3. For Blonde Brow, choose RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3%. Its lightening instructions require the cream format.
  4. For Intense Brow(n)s, use the system’s own Base Gel and Activator Gel sequence. Classic developer is not a replacement for its Activator.
