What it does: RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid is a stabilised developer especially formulated to be used with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints.

What else you need to know: Only the use of RefectoCil Oxidant guarantees the widely known perfect tinting results with RefectoCil tints. Therefore use RefectoCil Eyelash and eyebrow tints always with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid or cream.

Such an amazing experience shopping here everytime. The wonderful front desk lady is so kind and helpful. Its always a pleasure going for a nail restock! They also just brought in a new brand of lashes and I actually quite enjoy them. They have a large variety of things from education, to wholesale and even drills and lights to purchase.
