Customs duties, brokerage and taxes shown before you pay

Before you pay, checkout shows and discloses all customs duties, brokerage and taxes for your order as part of the complete cost breakdown. The amounts shown are guaranteed for that order, so you will not receive an additional customs duty, brokerage or tax bill after delivery.

If you change your cart or delivery address, the amounts will be recalculated and displayed again before payment.

Free U.S. shipping on eligible orders of $200 USD or more

Eligible light- and standard-weight U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping. The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes, duties and brokerage. When the cart and delivery address qualify, checkout will display the available free Canada Post shipping option or options at $0.

Free shipping applies to the eligible shipping charge only. Duties, brokerage and taxes are separate charges and are displayed before payment.

Weight restrictions

Weight restrictions apply to both U.S. shipping and the free-shipping offer. Free U.S. shipping is limited to qualifying light- and standard-weight products. Heavy, oversized or liquid-heavy orders—including bulk quantities of liquids—may be excluded from free shipping, require a separately quoted shipping charge or be unavailable for U.S. shipment.

Nove Wholesale reserves the right to review or decline an order that exceeds available carrier, package or weight limits. If we cannot ship your order using the shipping option shown at checkout, we will contact you before shipment. You may approve any additional shipping charge or cancel the order for a refund. We will not add a shipping charge without your approval.

Canada Post shipping services

Depending on the products, weight and destination, available services may include Tracked Packet USA, Expedited Parcel USA and Xpresspost USA. The exact services available for your order, their prices and their estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Product and destination eligibility

Some products cannot be shipped to every U.S. destination. If your order is not eligible, checkout will show the paid services available or indicate that no shipping option is available. Please contact us before ordering if you would like us to confirm whether a product can be shipped to you.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes is available only when checkout returns an eligible service for the exact cart and address.

Puerto Rico is not covered by the U.S. free-shipping offer and is not currently supported by automated checkout. Other U.S. territories may also require separate arrangements. Please contact us before ordering for Puerto Rico or another U.S. territory.

Processing and tracking

Orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed and paid in full after 1:00 p.m. Saskatchewan time begin processing on the next business day. We normally ship orders in the order they are received within 24 hours, although processing may take longer during major sales or unusually busy periods. Tracking information is sent when the order ships.
