  2. Use the pear profile on the dry, dead cuticle involved in your trained technique. Keep placement visible and pressure controlled.
  3. Choose the exact grit for the task. Fine, medium and coarse versions should not be treated as the same procedure.
  4. Clean reusable bits before the required disinfection or sterilization process. Check that the method is suitable for the bit material; our tool-care guide explains the steps. Disposable sanding bands must be discarded after use.
