1. Start with the included manual. Identify the controls, charging requirements and bit-locking method before switching on. The Rose-M Elite offers adjustable speed and direction and an LED display.
2. Choose the bit for the job. Learn the purpose of each of the six supplied bits. A bit for reducing enhancement product is not automatically suitable for the natural nail or skin. Confirm the fit, intended use, direction and speed limit before using any replacement bit.
3. Secure the bit and check the handpiece. Fit it exactly as the printed manual directs. Stop if you notice unusual vibration, noise or heat, and resolve the cause before continuing.
4. Set the speed for your task. The Rose-M Elite’s maximum is 35,000 RPM; that is its capacity, not a setting to use for every service. Follow your training and the bit’s limits. Don’t press harder to make an unsuitable or worn bit cut.
5. Check the working direction. Match rotation to the bit’s instructions and your trained technique. Let the bit stop completely before changing bits or rotation direction; check the manual for the correct control sequence.
6. File with a light, moving touch. Keep your movements controlled and avoid dwelling in one spot. Stop immediately if the client feels heat or discomfort. Practise with appropriate professional training before working on clients.
7. Manage filing dust. Position the work over your dust collector and keep up with its filter care. Dust collection and room ventilation do different jobs; use our ventilation guide below to plan both.
8. Finish and care for your equipment. Switch off before handling or storing it, following the printed manual. Clean and reprocess reusable bits as directed for each item, discard single-use abrasives after use, and follow the manual’s handpiece-care instructions. Can’t find your printed manual?
