Using the Saeshin Strong B135

Set up the B135 with the power off and the speed at zero. These quick reminders cover bit changes, direction changes and the overload reset; the full B135 manual is linked below.

Instructions & Downloads

  1. Before connecting power, switch the control box off and set the speed dial to zero. Use the matching handpiece and power supply for your unit.
  2. With the motor stopped, open the chuck, insert a suitable 3/32-inch bit and lock the chuck fully. Never open it while the motor is running.
  3. Start at low speed and check for vibration. Keep within the bit maker’s speed limit, and stop completely before changing rotation direction.
  4. If overload protection stops the handpiece, switch off and let it rest for five minutes before restarting. Stop using the unit if abnormal heat or vibration continues.
  5. Keep water and oil out of the handpiece. Follow the full manual for care and servicing.
