Chrome steps to create the shiniest look:

Apply desired gel polish color & cure.
Apply Outshine Gel Top & cure 30-45sec.
Burnish chrome powder.
Dust well!
Apply Outshine gel top & cure for 60sec.

We recommend using Outshine to burnish your chromes and Also Top coat your chromes to prevent chipping.
