Instructions & Downloads

1. Prep gently. Follow Magic’s nail preparation steps, cleanse with 99% alcohol or pure acetone, and avoid other-brand bonding products that can leave a film. Magic Primer Pen is optional; if used, follow its own directions before base.
2. Build the bond. Gently scrub a thin layer of Silicone Thin Base into the prepared nail and brush it smooth. Keep a gap from skin, cover the free edge as directed, and cure for 60 seconds LED or 2 minutes in a 36-watt UV lamp.
3. Build the shape with controlled amounts of your chosen NailGuard shade, keeping gel off the skin. Follow the exact bottle’s cure directions; these older colors and Clear Builder are separate from Clear 2-in-1.
4. Refine the shape if needed, then complete your color or design and apply the chosen Magic top gel. Use each product’s own cure time; Hyper Shine is tack-free, so it needs no post-cure wipe.
5. Follow your exact NailGuard formula for maintenance and removal. These soft builders differ from Magic’s hard-builder systems; don’t assume one removal method applies to every gel underneath.
