Positioning your PremierLash Pro Beauty Floor Lamp

A few small adjustments can make your work easier to see. Set the height, direction, brightness and color temperature from your normal working position, then check for shadows and glare.

Instructions & Downloads

  1. Set up the stand with the instructions supplied with your lamp. Place its base where it is stable and clear of your feet, chair movement and access to your client.
  2. Sit in your usual working position before adjusting the height and head direction. Aim the light onto the area you need to see without leaning or holding an awkward posture.
  3. Adjust brightness and color temperature separately. Check the result on your actual work surface rather than judging by how bright the lamp looks.
  4. Check for shadows and reflections. Move your hands through their normal working positions, then adjust the lamp so your hands and tools don’t block the useful light.
  5. Balance task lighting with the room lighting. If you notice glare or uncomfortable contrast, adjust the lamp direction or the surrounding light before increasing brightness.
