This is Medicool’s coarse E12C large barrel. Choose coarse grit only when the enhancement-filing task and your training call for it.

Instructions & Downloads

  1. Confirm E12C on your bit packaging and check compatibility with your Medicool file before fitting it.
  2. Use a light, moving touch for the intended enhancement-shaping work. Coarse grit needs careful control to avoid removing more material than intended.
  3. Clean reusable bits before the required disinfection or sterilization process. Check that the method is suitable for the bit material; our tool-care guide explains the steps. Disposable sanding bands must be discarded after use.
