Fitting Bands to Medicool's E10SS Mini Mandrel

The E10SS holds Medicool Mini Sanding Bands. Getting the band format right gives you a secure fit; a standard arbor band is a different size.

Instructions & Downloads

  1. Choose Medicool Mini Sanding Bands in the grit your task needs. Medicool lists its fine, medium and coarse mini bands for this mandrel.
  2. Fit a fresh sleeve securely before use. Stop if it slips or is damaged.
  3. Check the 3/32-inch shaft and machine fit. Medicool excludes File Stream, Vac File and Pro Vac File Classic vacuum-suction machines.
  4. Clean reusable bits before the required disinfection or sterilization process. Check that the method is suitable for the bit material; our tool-care guide explains the steps. Disposable sanding bands must be discarded after use.
