Using Erica's Medium Diamond Cone

The tapered cone gives you a narrower working shape for shaping and cleaning beneath the nail. Here’s how Erica’s describes its use and speed range.

Instructions & Downloads

  1. Use the cone for shaping or underside cleaning, keeping the bit moving with a light, controlled touch.
  2. For cuticle work, Erica’s describes keeping the cone parallel to the nail plate to exfoliate and sweep away cuticle. Its current range is 6,000–12,000 RPM; follow the exact bit directions and your training.
  3. Clean reusable bits before the required disinfection or sterilization process. Check that the method is suitable for the bit material; our tool-care guide explains the steps. Disposable sanding bands must be discarded after use.
